What is Ziptofitness?
I am Radha Dhir, the founder of Ziptofitness, a place where you can not only find exercises, fitness advice, and lifestyle tips, but also the motivation and inspiration to reach the level of physical and mental well being that you desire.
As I have been a professional with 25 years of experience in the banking industry and a mother, my days consisted of hectic meetings, back-to-back travelling, and stress that comes with the job. Even so, I found the time to exercise every single day. My exercise time is non-negotiable. I view it as a necessity. If you are too busy to workout, your priorities need to change. I cant think of too many things that are as important as your health and well being. And I strongly believe that good health and happiness go hand in hand.
By following a few simple disciplines in your daily life, you can easily obtain a balanced lifestyle with great physical and mental health. Through this personal blog, I will share some of my habits, tips, and experiences through posts, tips of the day, short exercise videos, and more, to inspire and guide you on your own fitness journeys.
